Ben joins the Land Team

Ben Stream joined the Charters Land & Development department in September, as Land Director, and his wealth of experience and knowledge in this area of expertise will prove invaluable.

Working closely with Francesca, Ben will oversee the day to day operations of the department as we continue to focus on providing the very best land advice; from sourcing development sites for housebuilders to offering feasibility advice to landowners.
