We are excited to share an update on one of our recent projects—a site that we successfully sold, which has planning permission for the construction of nine detached family homes. Initially, the site had existing planning permission, but as part of the sale, we worked closely with the buyers to make some amendments that better suited their vision for the development.
I am pleased to report that these alterations have now been fully approved! The updated plans reflect a thoughtful approach to modern family living, with each home designed to offer both comfort and style in a serene neighbourhood setting.
As the project moves forward, we eagerly anticipate the transformation of this site into a beautiful collection of family homes.
