The revised National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) sets out government’s planning policies for England and how these are expected to be applied. These were updated on 20 July 2021.
As expected, the Government published an updated version of the National Planning Policy Framework, following consultation earlier this year. This replaces the previous version which was most recently updated in February 2019.
