We originally identified this land assembly opportunity in 2012 and, working with a renowned local developer, agreed terms with a number of homeowners for its purchase subject to planning.

Following a number of revisions, full planning was obtained in 2015 for eight dwellings and the site was successfully constructed and sold by Hazeley Developments.
