This site was formally owned by the local NHS trust and had previously been granted an outline consent for a townhouse based residential scheme.

We successfully introduced the site to local developer, Imperial Homes, who were able to amend the application within reserved matters prior to completion of their site acquisition.

All units are now currently under construction and being marketed by the Charters New Homes team.
