Acting on behalf of the developer, we advised on this Winchester site to agree option terms for its acquisition subject to planning.

Following a second application, detailed planning was obtained in mid-2018 and the option was successfully completed shortly afterwards. The site has now been developed and all units sold by the Charters New Homes team.
