Having identified this former care home site when it first came to market, we acted on behalf of a local developer, Doswell Projects, in making a successful introduction leading to their unconditional purchase of this land.

The developer went on to achieve detailed consent for a 12 unit scheme and Charters New Homes team has now acted as agent for the new dwellings which are being completed this year.
