This former storage yard was originally granted outline consent for 21 residential units in 2017.

Acting on behalf of the land owner and promoters, we undertook and managed a competitive tender process and generated multiple offers for our clients.

Following a best and final procedure, the site was successfully sold to a well-known Housing Association for much needed affordable housing.
