A site sale was agreed to local development company, Alpine Homes, on an option basis in 2018 for the proposed development of a six storey, 29 unit apartment block.

Acting for the landowner, we advised on the progress of the planning throughout and overcame a number of complications along the way, before this transaction completed late in 2020.
