We were successful in acquiring this site for Colten Developments, who had already undertaken a successful scheme nearby. The site was secured via a 12 month option agreement but extensions were required as the plans were modified before detailed consent was granted in 2018.

The site is now fully complete with all units having also having been sold by the Charters New Homes team.
