Acting on behalf of the acquiring developer, we moved quickly to introduce this site and advise on its planning potential once we became aware that it was shortly to be marketed.

Despite a very wide marketing process with much interest, we were eventually able to secure the site for our developer, Saville Homes, who went on to successfully enhance the planning and complete the site.
